Job Role:CO (Credit/Field Officer)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identification of women members in the operational area
• JLG Group formation.
• Review Loan request & Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
• Contact Client to gather financial data and documentation
• Analyze risks and approve or reject loan request
• Set up payment plans
• Maintain updated records of loan application
• Regular follow up with clients about Recovery of Loans
• Monitor progress of existing loans
