Mr. Manab Ghosh is one of the pioneers in India’s growing microfinance sector with more than 20 years of experience in  Microfinance and different community based social activities. He is presently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. Mr. Ghosh founded SSVWS in 2006 to make microfinance self-sustainable and economically viable. Before starting the organization he worked in Nimpith Sri Ramkrishna Mission for 3 years.  Under his supervision and mentoring, SSVWS has excellently executed its goals and created a strong, sustainable and value creating business. It has been an achievement that the company, under the guidance of Mr. Ghosh have succeeded in improving the earning capacity of thousands of households. Mr. Singh through his able leadership qualities and mentorship has established SSVWS as one of the  leading micro-finance institution in West Bengal. His aim is to guide SSVWS becoming a one stop solution to all the financial needs of customer and in the process transform its relationship with millions of customers as a true financial counselor. During his long career he discharged diverse responsibilities in the areas of Micro Finance etc.
